Write one quiz question about what we've learned about evolution (include 5 answer choices).
Plan:
- Students draw a cladogram for the following fictional characters: St. Patty's leprechaun, Easter bunny, Santa clause, and Cupid
- Hand out student notes.
- Teacher provides direct teaching from Natural Selection PowerPoint about Charles Darwin.
- Students complete the Dogs and Turnips activity.
Due in class: Dogs and Turnips activity
Homework: NA
Absent: Read through the Plan and complete what you can, as well as the Homework

Draw the position of the Sun, Earth, and Moon during the new moon phase.
Plan:
- Teacher leads direct teaching from the Phases of the Moon PowerPoint about the phases of the moon
- Students complete a cut out activity
- Students complete a phases of the moon flip book
Due in class: NA
Homework: Cut out activity and flip book (if not completed in class)
Absent: Read through the Plan and complete what you can, as well as the Homework
