7th Grade Life Science
Objective: By the end of class, I will be able to explain how selective breeding affects populations.

Student question: what is the difference between heterozygous and homozygous?
Plan:
- Discuss the two proof of practice assignments
- Pass back compare/contrast worksheet
- Answer questions on the PowerPoints for genotype and phenotype and Punnett squares
- Students work on zoo matchmaker lab and guinea pig dihybrid challenge (see Punnett squares page)
Due in class: Nothing (keep your practice/worksheet pages for your proof of practice!)
Homework: Practice
Absent: Read through the Plan, look at what you can do that was Due in class, and do the Homework
