7th Grade Life Science

Objective: By the end of class, I will have extracted DNA from strawberries.

Plan:

- Students complete the strawberry lab

- Either on a piece of paper or in Office 365 (you do not need a login), complete a lab report based on the RACE strategy, answering the question, "How do scientists extract DNA from organisms?"

Even if you do not submit it online, you can see the instructions in the lab report link.

Homework: lab report

Absent: watch the video from yesterday about the strawberry experiment and then complete the lab report
