7th Grade Life Science
TEST FRIDAY!
We completed a Venn diagram on the similarities and differences between photosynthesis and cellular respiration. In first house, we did another book assignment because many people were talking while they were supposed to be working quietly. In second house, we worked on the poster project. Absent? Collaborate with your group to make sure you can get the poster done by Friday.
6th Grade Earth Science
TEST FRIDAY!
We discussed how fossils can be found in the different layers of the earth. Then we read about an earthquake-proof museum in New Zealand and watched videos about a mass damper and other earthquake-proof technology. Finally, we read more about earthquakes and answered the questions at the end. Absent? Complete the questions at the end of this reading section.
